Refund & Return Policy

At Graham Beer Media Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services and digital products. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are final.

Digital Products

All digital products, including but not limited to templates, guides, courses, workbooks, assessments, downloads, toolkits, and other digital resources, are delivered electronically and cannot be returned. As a result:

• • • No exchanges or credits are offered.
    • No refunds will be issued after purchase.
    • No returns are accepted.

Consulting & Strategy Services

All consulting, coaching, strategy sessions, workshops, and advisory services are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a booked session, requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Graham Beer Media Inc. reserves the right to determine whether a session may be rescheduled. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered where required by applicable law or in the event of an accidental duplicate payment processed by Graham Beer Media Inc.
